Missing S1 rewards
Reached season level 78 and did not get my CyAc level 75 kit. DCd from every match so far as well.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are had server issues and that you'd not received the season one kit you expected. Our team is aware of the recent rise in server issues and is working on identifying the underlying cause. The servers have been brought offline to try and resolve the underlying connectivity issues.

Regarding the issue you are also having with the Season 1 rewards, we've also received some reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further.
