Lost my 75+ Veteran purple kit
I equipped my purple kit that I was given as a reward for hitting 75+ or 100+ last season. I equipped it, played half a match, and server disconnected. It refunded it to me initially. Then I tried queueing up again and the server disconnected while searching for a match. I shut the game off for a couple hours. When I came back to login, I know longer had purple kit equipped, its not in my inventory, and no option to select the codex reward again and get it. Can this be refunded to me?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having server issues. Our team is aware of the recent rise in server issues and is working on identifying the underlying cause. The servers have been brought offline to try and resolve the underlying connectivity issues.

Hello Bungie, I think your response was a generic one because servers were down. Can someone please look into my account and refund the purple kit for hitting veteran 75+ last season. Servers went down while searching for a match and I lost when I restarted my game.
