Lost gear due to server issues

Of the roughly 7 times I’ve loaded in, I’ve gotten disconnected all but 1. At first it was refunding my gear, but now I’m getting stuck in a loop where I have to wait until the match concludes or return to menu and forfeit my gear. I waited for several minutes hoping it would let me load back in (like it did last season) because I had a purple kit equipped - but I eventually gave up and now it is gone. First day of the new season and I’ve already lost a green, blue, and purple kit - not to mention the purple kit I got off of a player I killed and a blue unique BR33 I got from a secured resource. All to Bungie server issues. Really really disappointing. I played hundreds of hours during season 1, but if Bungie doesn’t fix the server issues and refund my gear, I’m not sure how much I’ll be playing season 2. Please make it right Bungie - I love this game, but losing the rewards I worked hard to earn last season has left me feeling lukewarm about season 2 at best.

  • Will you be refunding season level kits lost due to connection issues? I lost a purple, blue, and green through no fault of my own. Not to mention all of the gear I picked up in run. I know I’m not the only one.
