Bungie, this is a crucial time for your servers to BE STABLE.

Hello Bungie.

We, the players that have poured many many hours of our time into your game... we are concerned that this massive update and important time we're in        (the introduction of Season 2 and the influx of new players during the free week) is not being experienced in a pleasant manner by either us (the established player base) or the new players taking advantage of the free-to-play week that has been initiated by you. Please, if it's not all hands on deck to get this fixed and running smoothly - do it. Why haven't we had some sort of a stress test that Marathon and its servers were put through prior to the update and the opening of the flood gates? Previously in the games lifetime the servers handled 30k+ players without a problem. Why is there an issue now? 

My night marsh kit that was available in the shop with a deluxe weapon and various other bonuses was lost due to a disconnect and inability to reconnect. I WAS NOT offered a refund upon my return to the menu. I recommend that another round of these deluxe kits that were offered in the store be reinstated and potentially be reinstated to the tune of two kits or more to compensate for the wasted time of the players that spent up to an entire match playing only to be disconnected and left absolutely no reward or progress for their time and efforts.
