Also lost purple kit to server issues
Hey Bungie. I know it's been mentioned a few times already but I lost a superior sponsored kit to server issues. I disconnected, had it refunded, then disconnected again and it was gone.
I'd really like this reward back please. We worked hard for these kits, it's incredibly deflating to go from being so excited about S2 to immediately losing your best rewards through no fault of your own, and not even being able to play the game.
Of course the servers can be the priority, this is not urgent but I would really like this kit back.

Me too, I even have a wired fiber connect but was told it was client side.
