Have been disconnected every game, lost codex rewards
Every single match I've played since season 2 has disconnected 5+ minutes into the match. First two times it happened my gear was kept but the last two times i lost codex rewards because of it. Keeps asking me to wait for results or go back to lobby. Waiting doesn't work and going to lobby looses gear.

This is so insane i cant complete a single match. Last match i played until final minute, killed warden and looted a key room to be the only person who disconnected and lost everything, while other two made it out. Lost 15k loot because of this.
