Not able to receive any update to codex after killing the compiler

Earlier yesterday i was not able to get the cryo skin, nor was i able to redeem my compiler gangolion that i received after me and my team killed the compiler. It did not update my codex after at all but it did for my friends. I have screenshots and a whole video saved of the match if necessary to provide

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time of when this happened
- Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
- Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
- Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
- Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
- Did you exfil successfully?
- Did your crew get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

My platform is playstation. It happened around midnight of Monday June 2nd. We didn’t start the compiler it was another team we teamed up with. It was a fight with every crew on the lobby except for one. I hit the compiler when it’s weak spot was exposed. I have a whole video of the fight saved. But don’t know the best way to show that to support. We all exfilled successfully. My friend Kilerpanda21#9261 was able to grab the compiler ganglion, i have screenshots of it in my vault. The other friend who played for me is Murkabowl#1858, and my name is Druesclues21#5988. Thank you for responding

My friends in my crew did get the codex and everything skin wise and were able to use their compiler ganglion while i was not even though i had it
