On June 2nd the Compiler Skin was not rewarded to me after killing Compiler with my Thief Shell and exfilling successfully

On June 2nd, 2026 at around 1:42AM MDT time I killed Compiler and around 1:45AM is when I shortly exfilled after killing Compiler. I was in a 3 stack playing Cryo Archive and got into a lobby where all the teams were communicating and friendly and wanted to do compiler as one massive group. We all killed compiler but I was not given my reward for the Compiler skin. Here is the pictures and account info for proof of me having the Biotoxic Disinjector and the Compiler Ganglion.
Note: "I been actively trying through out the whole season to get this Compiler skin for my Thief Shell". I ask very nicely to give me the Compiler skin, please and thank you Marathon Team.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the rewards you expected from defeating the Compiler. We've received some reports of this issue and are investigating the issue further.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
I might have been in same lobby with 3 crews working together, I didn’t get the skin either for my vandal.
