Did the Compiler but didn't receive the skin or the codex entry

Completed the compiler finally on the last day of the season and didn't get the skin or the codex entry but I got the magnum skin for extracting the ganglion. My duo got the skin but I didn't. We've been grinding it the last 2 days of the season and finally got to completing it and yet no skin on top of not being able to get the diamond bully skin cause we we're gate kept by cheaters playing at 2 am during ranked this is very frustrating. Bungie, I loved you since Halo CE. Please fix .<3 My tag is xqReaper#8213 and my duo's tag is Enyo#0921

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time of when this happened
- Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
- Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
- Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
- Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
- Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
