Compiler Skin did Not Unlock after killing boss

Hey bungie, while on the last day season 1 cryo, our lobby helped eachother kill compiler before season ends. I shot the boss many times and looted it and was the only one my squad that did not receive the acomplishment. I really badly wanted to acomplish this goal and get the skin with assassin shell i extracted with. I would be very happy if this bug can be fixed so i can receive my skin/reward ( can show video proof) thank you Bungie. id: atspace#6766

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Was the encounter multi-crew or just yours participating?
    • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
    • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

    If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    • The approximate date and time of when this happened -  prox Around 11:30pm-12:00am
    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter? Multi squad started at the same time 
    • Was the encounter multi-crew or just yours participating? Multi squad
    • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed? Yes i shot him when boss had its weakness open with gold heavy weapon- impact h-ar
    • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits? unfortunatly i was not able to get myself recorded but my crew member did who got skin and will upload soon
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs? yes my squad received skin- id: Juice#2883 and  yvaluru#8037- Juice#2883 will be sharing/uploading our run soon when he gets the chance
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress? i did not receive skin or codex progress like my squad did. I extracted the same time as my squad after boss room area where containers/loot is present
