Vidmaster "Drop 7" Codex Earned But Not Awarded
I reached out via Bungie support and they told me to post here. This isn't an issue the community can solve but will require a Bungie representative to manually apply the entitlement to my account. My Bungie account name is Chromagon#5882.
Me and my team have defeated more than 7 players in Cryo Archive runs multiple times and I'm finally trying to follow up with proof to get this error/bug resolved. My teammates have earned the Vidmaster "Drop 7" codex during these same runs, but I have not. Attached are images and video of the most recent run yesterday where we defeated 9 runners in one match.
Clearly there is a critical issue with the game system on one of the most challenging endgame titles. I'm not sure what this thread is supposed to accomplish but I hope Bungie sees and takes the correct action.
