Please help - Eliminated due to a door that affected me. And killed me.
This is a follow up to my post that no one seems to be interested in responding to anymore, and I'm pretty frustrated. Very disrespectful to me as a player, and a very vocal Marathon proponent on the socials.
I'm very frustrated by this situation not being addressed. Clearly this was an issue, and in posting the video I shared in the post above to various social platforms (along with reporting that Bungie has done nothing to at least restore the lost Cryo kit), it is clear that this is a known issue. And I deserve something back for what is a clear code/server issue. I just was playing my Xbox, not looking for trouble.
I also find it really disrespectful as a supporter of the game since before launch that what is clearly an issue within the game code, and is EASILY fixable (or at least EASILY made right), that nothing is being done, nor offered, and the support team has gone radio silent.
There's hours left to fix this. I hope you do so.
Wouldn't turn down a gold Volley to use today, if you're out of Cryo kits.
Please help me out.

I understand why you’re frustrated, especially after taking the time to document the issue and share video of what happened.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
I know that’s disappointing, and I understand that it doesn’t make up for the experience you had. Your report is still valuable, and the details and videos you provided are exactly the kind of information that helps with investigation and tracking.
