Killed compiler but did not get codex entry or skin
Just killed the compiler with the majority of the other squads and successfully exfilled. One of my squad mates received it but me and the other did not.

Thanks for the report.
We're aware of reports where Compiler takedowns are not granting the expected rewards, including Codex entries and skins.
We're currently investigating these reports further.
Same thing happened to me finally beat the compiler, I was the only player to not get the codex or skin.

If you are able to replicate the issue or encounter it again, please use your platform’s capture button to take a video or screenshots. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube or Imgur, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Additional footage of the issue occurring can be extremely helpful when investigating reports like this, so any recordings you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I don't have a recording on my end but one of the players in the run recorded the clear https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qry_dd-Un3s . You can see through out the run Finchy4586 speaking in prox chat which is me. Attached is also some screenshots showing that the codex has not been completed.
