Beta.exe Background and Complex Study Emblem - Standard Arrival cache missing

Hello,

I played in the server slam with level 13, completed the first mission and Welcome to Tau Ceti.

Haven't had time to play in the final game and just logged in. I can't find the messages that I

participated in the server slam and can't claim the rewards. Please advise.

    To verify your Server Slam participation and eligibility for the Beta.exe Background and Complex Study Emblem, please reply with:

    • The platform you used during Server Slam
    • The account name/ID used on that platform
    • If available, any proof of participation, such as a confirmation email, Steam library entry, or purchase/DLC history

      Once we verify the account, we can advise on next steps for the missing rewards.
