Just killed Compiler, looted ganglion but got no codex entry?

Finally managed to take down compiler right before season reset and to my dismay, I did not get a codex entry. I have a compiler ganglion in my inventory but cannot use it to barter. Pretty big bummer on this. I killed the boss on recon. Any ways to fix this? Proof: https://imgur.com/a/zGd5Yxh

We understand you defeated the Compiler but did not unlock a codex entry as expected. We're sorry to hear of this incident, as we can imagine the impact it may have had. Unfortunately, it appears the linked video is no longer available. When possible, please provide us with a new link, so we can review it.

In addition to sharing a new link, please let us know what you can of the following:
- The approximate date and time of this incident.
- The platform you play the game on.
- If any particular steps appear to reproduce this, then please outline them for us.

This bug has been fixed but unfortunately, we're unable to automatically credit missing Runner Styles. However, if we're able to verify the completion with the information you provided, we can manually credit the missing Style though we're unable to manually complete the Codex challenge for you.

Information we need to verify:
- Please confirm: It's the Recon Runner Style you're missing for defeating the Compiler?
- A Video showing:
  
  Your name clearly displayed, either from your perspective or in another player’s video
  
  Killing the Compiler
  
  Successfully exfilling
Once we have the above, we'll investigate. Thanks.
