Killed the compiler and didn’t receive vandal skin after successfully extracting. I have video and screenshot proof if need be.

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are working on a fix.
Should I expect to just not receive the skin or is it something that is going to be reconciled? And will it require more information? I’ve seen a few bungie comments tell people to leave video or picture proof and I have yet to be asked and I have it if need be. Just don’t want to miss out on content going into the next season, thanks
We have no information about it now and if there's going to be compensation for this issue, it will be communicated with all players, there's no need of sending video proof. We asked for video of the issue to forward it for investigation.
