Refunding due to ongoing missing textures
It has been 2 months with no update or even acknowledgment in the known issues regarding the missing textures and see-through terrain. And I have seen that I am not the only one, changing graphics drivers has had no effect. As it seems this problem does not planned to be fixed, I will have to refund the game.

We have seen reports of missing textures / see-through terrain on Steam.
We are looking into these reports to help improve the game experience.
I understand the frustration here, especially if updating drivers hasn’t helped. If you do decide to stick with it a little longer, the most helpful thing you can add is your platform, GPU, and any screenshots/video of the missing textures or see-through terrain so the issue can be matched against existing reports more quickly.

Funny how the game they killed yesterday runs better on my rx570. Bungie, fix the bug with the Vega cards.
