Update error
During the last update I was kicked out of a match . Therefore I lost my entire loadout and have yet to receive it back

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you've encountered some issues during your recent match after yesterday's patch. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
That said, if a specific error code or screen appeared when this happened, please let me know here and I'll be happy to investigate this to hopefully prevent these errors from reoccurring.
