Haven't Recieved Twitch Drops

Hey I'm currently having issues with my twitch drops. I've made sure my account is linked and have reconnected many times without any success.  

Here are screenshots showing that I've claimed the drops but yet to still get in game. Just wondering if I can get some help on this issue. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Can you please verify that your Bungie account is correctly linked to your Twitch account:

    • Go to https://www.bungie.net/ and sign in with the Platform account you use for Marathon.
    • Navigate to Profile > Settings > Account Linking.
    • Check that:
      • Twitch is listed and Linked.
      • The Twitch name shown here matches the account where the drops were claimed.
      • If it looks wrong:
      • Unlink Twitch, save.
      • Log out of Bungie.net.
      • Log back in and link Twitch again from the Account Linking page

    Yes same account is linked, even tried relinking again
