Trait ability button pings and also cannot activate trait ability while LMG shields are active

Description of issue - Remapped crouch and melee buttons on controller, on Xbox Series X. The melee/trait ability button also pings when pressed.
Separately, Thief and Triage’s trait abilities cannot be used when an LMG shield is active.
Thirdly, pressing Left Stick to change zoom on a scope changes your character from crouch to standing
Finally: LMG shields cannot be recharged by turning them off
Rough Date and Time of issue - Recorded video 4/28, this has been happening since launch however
Repro steps - See video. Also: Map B button to melee and trait ability. Map pressing tight thumbstick to crouch. Press B to activate trait ability, it also pings. With a multi-zoom scope attached, crouch and press left thumbstick to change zoom. You will also stand up. Press B to activate trait ability while LMG shield is active and LMG is equipped in your hands. Take damage to LMG shield, turn LMG shield off. Does not visually update - shield charge bar returns to full white as if it has charged from empty to full bar, but it is blinking as if it is charging. However, it does neither. You can drop or stow the LMG in backpack to fully turn off the shield and recharge it to full.
