No Compiler weapons nor ammo after the boss fight

we beat the compiler and headed to loot the guns and ammo and stuff but the only thing we found is one biotoxic disinjector in the hallway and no ammo for it

attaching a video as a proof, but since i have only 3 minites long fast recording save the part of us opening the room is slightly cut. it is still visible that non of the weapon boxes spawned. https://youtu.be/J80vu2UK4uk
