equipment not returned via mail after extraction

Hi, I had let a friend use the unique Circuit Breaker for the Pacesetter title in game and after exfil my equipment was never returned. I had lent my teammate/friend Case The Joint and Break and Enter cores for the Thief as well as dropped them my unique circuit breaker. The after action report showed that I exfiltrated with -10k loadout value and never returned my items. Please help me, thank you.
