LOST ALL ITEMS BECAUSE GO GAME BUG POST UPDATE
After the update today me and my partner grouped up and during matchmaking encountered a "if you continue to lobby you will lose your loot because the outcome of previous games is not finalised" never seen this before. Waited 5 mins and then restarted the game and we had both lost all our load out! Wtf! Please fix and return our loot

Thanks for the report, and I’m sorry you lost that run’s loot.
That message appears when our servers are still finishing the results of a previous game in the background. If you return to lobby or restart the game while that process is still in progress, the game may not be able to safely commit that run’s rewards, which can result in the loot from that match being lost.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
