    Hi there,

    Thank you for the report. 

    We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
