Listed volt thrower precision damage is inaccurate

Description of Issue - The listed precision multiplier value for the volt thrower weapon is 1.0. In actual testing, the multiplier appears to be at least 1.5. I have tested this against players and bots. I know for certain that the volt thrower takes 4 headshots to kill a white bot. I also know that it takes at least 6 body shots to kill a white bot. I have clips of me doing these tests, but i dont have a platform I can post them to for a link. I did these tests with a volt thrower with no attachments or implants and at the same range (point blank).
Rough Date and Time of issue - This has been true since game release across all gamemodes and maps. I did my video testing on 4/10/2026.
Repro steps - Just shoot a white bot in the head until it dies and then shoot one in the body till it dies and count the shots. Obviosuly make sure you dont have attachments and that you shoot them from the same range.
