Bug caused exfil to remain in the transition phase but we never got out.
We started the exfil process with enough time to actually be able to exfill before the game reached its actual end. However, the exfill stayed in its transition animation. All the way up until the game ended and we lost everything. Is there a way for us to get our gear back? I also have video.

Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports about this occurring and are currently investigating.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
