Softlocked Due to Quest in Pinwheel

Killed someone doing a contract to shoot buttons in the Drone Wing of Pinwheel. I cannot shoot the buttons to leave the wing after he has died, and I lost my entire purple kit from it. This was done in solo. Locked in Drone Wing.
