Missing Twitch Drop Reward – WEAVEworm Background Not Received
In my Twitch Inventory drops page, I was eligible for the WEAVEworm Background, but upon redeeming, I have not seen it in my account.
I already have all other drops and have followed the steps on the help page for the Twitch Drop event, but still don't have the background.
Below are snippets of my current Twitch inventory linked to my main account. Can I have help in the background showing up in my game?

Did you check your mail in-game and made sure that you claimed this drop?
Yes, I opened the message in the mail icon in-game a couple of weeks back. At the time, similar reports said to wait for any missing items to appear over time, but I still only have three of the four rewards from the server slam drop appearing in-game, with the background missing.

We have taken note that you opened the message which was intended to contain this drop some weeks back. If you haven't checked since then, you may wish to check your mail again, as well as verifying whether the drop has since unlocked. If it still hasn't, then please let us know.
