Outpost - Pinwheel Ladder invulnerability/hit reg issue

- Description of Issue - Shooting down from above the ladder shaft at someone at the bottom of the ladder shaft does not work, bullet splatter animation but no actual hit registration.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - April 3 2026, 16:14 EST
- Repro steps - Likely can be reproduced by simply shooting down with a M77 at an enemy runner at the bottom of a ladder in pinwheel processing side while being at the top of the same ladder. Follow up shotgun from clip are clearly misses due to enemy runner being pushed away by my runner's model.
