If you were, what was the exact name of the contract? Was it Return on Investment [5/5]?

The video can be uploading to a public video hosting site such as YouTube. Leaving a video unlisted is also fine.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
