Marathon canal quest contract
Hack uesc at canal got stuck in the room after shooting the 5 nodes to get let out of the locked area lost whole inventory and had gold item mod happened about 30mins before this post had done the quest team mate picked up the item out of the crate that spawned but we had a uesc bot stuck glitched outside of the area we were trapped in an could not kill him to end the event? but yes this caused us to fail our run and couldnt exfil

Thank you for your report and screenshots.
We are aware of issues where lockdown/contract rooms that can stay sealed when a required UESC bot is stuck outside the play space.
We are currently investigating these issues.
well do we get refunded our stuff that we lost from the run or no as it wasn't really our problem we couldn't get out of the room?
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
