I just exfiled a bunch of loot on rook outpost and the loot didnt show up after

I just exfiled outpost with a bunch of loot on my rook, a few of the items never appeared in my overflow or inventory, some of those items included a gold dire marsh AI key and a green m77. These items werent compromised or fragile and i didnt go down during the run, the items show up on the loadout report screen.

Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.
A couple quick things to try first:
Fully restart Steam and the game.
Re-check your Rook’s backpack, Vault, and the Overflow panel (with all filters off) to make sure the Dire Marsh AI key and M77 didn’t land somewhere odd.
If they still aren’t there after a restart, could you send:
A screenshot of your Vault and Overflow taken after that run (scroll if needed so we can see you don’t have the Dire Marsh AI key or that M77 anywhere).
Confirmation whether your Vault or Overflow were close to full when you exfiled.
Just as a heads-up, we can’t manually restore lost items from support, but we can pass your report and screenshots on so the team can investigate what happened with that exfil. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
I just restarted steam and the game itself, still not there. I know for sure my vault was full before extract, I wasnt aware that overflow could be full? but theres no way my overflow would be full off that one match right? anyways i understand what ur saying about not being able to restore items manually but it seems like theres an issue currently that the system isnt catching, ive seen a couple other posts on the forums over the past few days reporting similar issues, a few items here or there not showing up after a successful exfil even tho they show on the loadout report screen.
