Inviting People Issue (Sends Friend Request Error)

When I do /invite xxx#1234 for someone who is not on my friends list, it pops up an error saying unable to send a friend request. I'm a Destiny player, so I know how this system is supposed to work, and it's currently not working in marathon.

    • Rough Date and Time of issue - Let us know roughly when this occurred, especially if it was a crash.,
    • Repro steps - If you know the specific steps you took to cause the issue please try to recreate them step by step.,
