We reached the exfil before the timer started for the final exfil and as you see in the video we stayed at said exfil. It even gave us the animation that we exfil successfully, but once the screen loaded, it says that we were eliminated and lost valuable loot( vault key 6 and multiple purple superior items). We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused, but can confirm the team is aware of and looking into this issue of players being eliminated during exfil.
Regarding lost loot, while we're unable to manually return it, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
