Glitched in floor couldn’t be revived

I was stabbed in Pinwheel by a Rook and after my team cleared the area they were unable to revive me as my body was glitched a below the first floor. This was really upsetting because I was about to go to a DCON to upload UESC Data Bank I had just retrieved. I am fairly confident I would have completed this quest had my team been able to access my bag and revive me.
