Barter did not exchange goods

Barter 1x Volatile Compound -> 4 Smoke Grenades did not exchange goods and only consumed my resources.

    i had a similar issue on mida for a ballistic turbine yesterday, and ~20 Dynamic Compounds :((((( sad day
