Unsanctioned Hostilities 4/5 Infinite Toxin Bug
After killing the commander and triggering the poison, me and my party all got hit with a toxin ticker that killed everyone, even after leaving the room and self reviving. Thank you for your report and additional information.
We are aware of this issue with a toxin debuff that does not clear and are currently investigating.
