Age verification conflicting with voice chat
Dear Bungie, I have reason to believe there is a problem with my age verification and/or the date for my age verification may have been entered incorrectly. I would really appreciate any assistance on this matter. I believe this is the reason my voice chat is failing to work properly. Please help.

Thanks for reporting.
We previously launched a mandatory "date of birth" for bungie accounts. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat.
