Out-of-bounds spawn after revive – North Relay southern building roof

Description of Issue:
Player gets stuck out of bounds between map textures after being revived.

Reproduction Steps:

Location: North Relay, roof of the southern building.

I died on the roof. My body remained on the roof, but the death box fell between map textures.
-
A teammate revived me by targeting the death box.

After revival, my character spawned between the textures.

The character was constantly shaking and unable to move.

I attempted to use the Thief's Hook to escape, but movement was still impossible.
