Bug Report: Stuck in Loading Screen
I am experiencing an issue launching Marathon on my PC where the game becomes stuck on the loading screen with the animated figure icon and never progresses past this point. The screen right before the animation/video that presets PlayStation and Bungie plays.
For context, I originally purchased and downloaded the game on one Steam account. When attempting to launch the game from a second Steam account on the same PC, it prompted me to purchase the game again, which I did after playing on one account for a good 10+ hours. Since then, both accounts are using the same installed game files on the computer.
However, when launching the game from either account it consistently becomes stuck on the same loading screen and does not proceed further.
Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:
• Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Marathon
• Reinstalling Bungie components and BattlEye
• Logging in and out of both Steam accounts
• Updating all PC drivers
• Restarting the system
• Clearing all possible cache and temporary files related to the game
• Checking to ensure multiple Steam accounts are not linked to the same Bungie account
• Running the game as Administrator
Despite this, the issue still occurs every time the game launches. Yet it the game works on both of these accounts on other computers just not this particular one.
Could you please advise if this may be related to account authentication, cached game data, or the installation being shared between two Steam accounts? I would appreciate any steps you recommend to resolve the issue so I can get the game running properly.

Please see our Marathon Storage and System Requirements guide to double-check that your system meets the current minimum specs. If it does, please try installing the game on another disk (if possible) to rule out potential hardware issues.

Following your suggestion, I also attempted installing the game on a different drive to rule out potential hardware issues. The original installation was on an SSD, and I have since reinstalled the game onto a separate hard drive. Unfortunately, the issue persists and the game still becomes stuck at the same loading screen position/frame with the animated figure icon.
The game was previously running correctly on my system without any problems, so my computer specifications should not be the cause and they do meet the minimum requirements listed in the Marathon Storage and System Requirements guide.
Please let me know if there are any additional logs or diagnostic information I can provide that may help investigate this further.
