Standard Contracts for CyberAcme are bugged and Permanetly disabled. Can't Adapt: Can't Fight II suspected cause.

Description of Issue - While progressing contract; Can't Adapt: Can't Fight II, my ability to do standard contracts has been disabled. I had already completed all Cyac Priority Contracts. My Cyac rank is 16. I have tried restarting the game, it has persisted for 12h+ This seems to be a problem effecting multiple players over the last 24h.
This is a serious game progression blocking bug as Cyac is one of the most important factions.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 13/03 Around 4PM PT
Repro steps - Cannot reproduce the issue as contracts are disabled. However it appears that the Standard Contract - Can't Adapt: Can't Fight II causes this bug.

Thanks for reaching out! Rest assured this is intended, and players will need to progress in another faction when this happens.
Same here! Also before I noticed it was disabled on Friday 13th I played couple of Rook runs so I'm not sure if that could have any significance or it just bugged for no reason. I played trios/solos for past 5 days and I had this (or simillar) quest half done since like sunday with a second unfinished objective to loot a tool cart.
Mine is also disabled.
