Returned Item - Wrong Item

- Description of Issue - I brought a 16XS Base Pack into a raid, which was then stolen by a teammate while I was dead, upon exfiling with it, I only retrieved a 8XS Medpack.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 13/03/2026 around 8:15 PM
- Repro steps - I do not know but it already happened to me twice.
