Hasn’t happened again but we both brought some of our best kits and can’t get them back

You would like a video of your loading screen? It’s loading screen where it says searching… Molecular disassembly complete transferred to destination in progress… I don’t see why I would need a 15 to 20 minute long video of the loading screen to explain the bug. Me and my friend just want our loot back if possible.
