Deluxe Edition Human Error.

Assert: I messed up.

I preordered Marathon's deluxe edition on an administrative account for my xbox. I am the sole player of marathon on that xbox, and mistakenly, based on my prior experience with deluxe/collectors edition games, I assumed that the deluxe items would carry over to my primary account from my administrative account. However, when I started playing all of the deluxe content that I had bought was missing from my account. In short, I have tossed 20 dollars down the drain. I understand if it's impossible, but if I could receive some sort of voucher for my main account, it would be greatly appreciated. I can provide proof that I bought the deluxe edition, as well as that the administrative account has zero second of playtime. I'd hate to be forced to choose between my comparatively many hours on my main account, and the deluxe content on the administrative account. Even just a refund for the deluxe content would be appreciated, so I can rebuy the content. What do I do? Can I ever get my content/redeem some sort of voucher?

Edit: I'm still missing my content, but it is appearing on the parent account. However, I remain the one who payed for it, and thus would prefer to be the one to benefit, not someone who will never play the game.

    Unfortunately, we're unable to assist you with this, and can only suggest contacting your platform's store for a refund. Once that goes through, you could then make the purchase on your intended account.
