Game crashing at launch - can't even reach main menu
List of things I've tried:
- Re-installing the game
- Verifying integrity of files on Steam
- Updating windows, drivers, bios, or whatever needed to be
- Running both Steam and the game in administrator mode
- Closing every possible other processes including VPNs, other anti-cheats, Discord, etc
- Disabling every possible overlays
The game gets me to the 'left click to start' screen and when I do so, after like 15 seconds, main menu doesn't show up the game just closes itself.
My PC specs:
- Intel i7-9750H cpu 2.60GHz
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design (4 GB)
- 16GB of RAM
Yes I'm currently on my laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Extreme) and I know it's really not ideal for the game but look, I ran 2025 October playtest, Server Slam, and launch week on it and the performance wasn't the greatest (it was below 40fps in the lowest low setting) but I was happy with it. Now I don't even get to play the damn thing, minus the crashing issue.
This is happening after the week 1 update and as I said repeatedly nothing else but your game is in this trouble and I'm very pissed. I wanna play this game, and if I couldn't in the very near future I'll get it refunded. Again I just need the game barely playable, that's enough for me and it was possible until the latest update. Get it fixed, let me in.

i have the exact same problem man.
everything worked fine 2 days ago. Now the game just crashes. It's so dissapointing, i really love this game\\
