Knife skins dont show after death
I have seen some other posts regarding this issue but I have noticed a trend and maybe a reason why this is happening. Every time I die, in the next game the knife skin (i have used multiple) always gets unequipped/doesnt show. It still shows it as equipped in the customization screen and the only fix is to unequip and requip the skin.
