Major Voice Chat Bug In Crews - Persisting Since Launch
Hi, there is a major bug in crew voice chat where one member will become muted to another after loading into a run. This has been happening randomly since launch. For example, crewmate A cannot hear voice comms of crewmate B but crewmate C can hear both of them, or vice versa. It may also be related to cross-platform voice chat since my crewmates are on Xbox and PC while I am on PS5.
Voice chat will work in the lobby and loading screen, then randomly cut out in run then come back again for the next run. Please let me know if this is a known issue with a fix in testing because it adversely affects our gameplay experience.

Thanks for the report. We are aware of audio issues with voice chat and are currently investigating.
If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look at the issue.
