TWITCH lost item not received. Request for reissue.Thanks
Twitch account linked to my Bungie Account linked to my Steam Account. Still no drops after 5 days. Please fix! I have consistently linked and relinked account in an effort to resolve. Please help with resolution! Thank you!

To confirm that you successfully earned the Twitch Drop, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "Partner Rewards." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page.
If you're unable to locate the Twitch Drop:
Click the "Refresh" button at the top of the page beside "Missing Twitch Rewards" and the page will update with any Twitch items you've earned.
If the Twitch Drop doesn't appear, log in to Twitch's website and view your Drops Inventory to see all the Drops you've earned. Click on the "Claim" button on any Marathon Drops that have that option below them, go back to your Partner Rewards area, and click the "Refresh" button to get the Drop to appear.
Unearned Marathon Twitch Drops will not appear on this page.
If the Drop still doesn't appear, you may need to connect or reconnect your Twitch profile to your Bungie.net account and follow the above steps.
That "Refresh" button next to "Missing Twitch Rewards" does not exist anymore. I have claimed all my twitch rewards via the "Claim" button on all Marathon drops. The drops now possess a check mark below them. I have connected and reconnected my Twitch Profile numerous times over the past 3 days to my Bungie.net account and followed the above steps after these Twitch rewards continued now to show up. Please help! I have been very supportive of this game and appreciative throughout the games development, delays, etc.

Insane that they suggested using a button that doesn't exist anymore, very obviously a bot response. It seems like bungie is putting the blame back onto the customer with this one. They keep auto-replying with suggestions to relink your account. I really hope bungie can make things right, because a simple twitch drop campaign should not be this difficult. I will not be supporting, nor telling my friends to support a game with this "blame the customer" attitude. I literaly only care about the bingus emblem. Please fix the drops that your customers that supported your brand new IP rightfully earned.
