Paradigm Shift [5/5] failed on dcon

Played a trio round with all of us doing the mentioned quest. We delivered the sample to the dcon. Upon inserting Step 1 got checked for a 2nd time and after "upload" from the dcon I failed the quest. My mates were in about 20m range and I was about 40m away from the dcon.
