PLEASE GIVE US DUOS
Most people don’t play with a full trio. A huge portion of the player base plays with one friend, not two. Right now the only options are solo or trios, which makes no sense for a lot of players.
If you queue solo, you’re at a massive disadvantage against coordinated trios. But if you queue trios with randoms, almost nobody communicates. Most random teammates don’t use a mic, don’t ping, and don’t coordinate, which defeats the whole point of a team-based extraction shooter.
Adding duos would solve this problem for a lot of players. It lets friends play together without being forced to rely on a third random player who often doesn’t communicate. It would also create more balanced fights since you’d have teams of two going against each other instead of solos constantly running into full squads.
Right now the system pushes people into unbalanced solo runs or frustrating trio queues with silent teammates. Duos would make the game much more accessible and enjoyable for people who mainly play with one friend.
A duos mode would likely increase player retention and make matchmaking feel more natural.
Please consider adding Duos as a permanent mode.
